My hot water heater was damaged as a result of my cellar taking on about a foot of water courtesy of Hurricane Milton. (Yes, cellars do exist in St. Pete, FL!) It is very important to me to support local businesses so I Google'd "plumbers in St. Pete." Flow Pros was able to send a technician that afternoon. My technician, Brad, gave me a quote when he came out to assess the damage. He answered all of my questions regarding the device, installation, pricing options for the different tank sizes ... so many questions I had! He was patient and professional the entire time. The best part: He was able to schedule me the following morning for installation! Albeit the entire "transaction" was less than 24 hours, Brad kept me updated on arrival time and parts in the supply shop ... exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Flow Pros Plumbing. This is the hardest working crew I’ve ever seen, these guys are flooded with integrity and motivation to do a great job. Very conscientious, very aware of job obstacles, expectations and restrictions. They went out of their way to make sure they didn’t damage any roots attached to my 60 foot oak tree in the front yard, thank you so much Allen and friends.
